The Trust is seeking a range of Trustees and Directors to help us move forward into the next chapter of our story. This is an exciting time to join us as we prepare our next three-year business plan and update our ten year-strategic plan.
We are looking for a range of skills to help us in this but first and foremost we are looking for people who are passionate about what we do and want to help us. So, if you have a background or experience in the following sectors, or is you feel you have other attributes which could benefit us, please contact us for an informal chat about becoming a Trustee. Trustee skills – Business Development, Charities and Law, Canals and Boating, Heritage and Restoration.
We are also seeking Directors to join Enterprises our wholly owned trading arm. It’s vital our trading activities are productive and successful as they help support much of the Trust’s work. If you have experience in Catering and developing a Corporate Hospitality offer, we would be very interested in talking to you about a position.
All positions are voluntary and there is a minimum commitment of six meeting per annum but this is a great route to support a charity and the local community.
